This is a view looking across a valley at the front of the property. It starts at the base of the cleared, grassy hill. The road takes you right to the front of the hill. The top of the hill has a cleared pad for 1 or 2 houses. It has the sweeping views towards the ocean. (larger version)

The ridge behind the grassy hill is part of Tiskita, an 800 acre biological reserve.
